We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Clearance/sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items not in original condition

  • Hygienic items (if applicable)

If an item is returned to us in an ineligible condition, we may refuse the refund.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method (Amex, Apple Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa).

Processing time:

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard returns process.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. Then contact us if the refund still does not appear

Refund processing may take several business days depending on your provider.


8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
